To get the most out of the better dive sites requires a boat trip, e.g. for wrecks or other special sites of interest. There are basically two types of boat in which to do this. The first is the 'hard' boat, which can be of any size and generally has good deck space, the other is some form of 'rigid inflatable', this is a much smaller boat with limited deck space.
The use of hard and rigid inflatable boats require different skills.
This is a one day course including home study and 2 open water dives.
Learn the skills required to dive off a boat, how to plan for a boat dive, how to enter and exit a boat, manage your kit, with space being at a premium on a boat, learn how to look after your kit and store
it, also learn how to use the extra equipment required when boat diving.
